What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 5pm, and dinner is served at 6pm. We encourage you to get to the venue early to enjoy the beautiful ambiance, mingle, try a signature cocktail, and bid on a silent auction item! Please allow additional time for checkin and coat check at the door.
Transportation
We have a few options for your travel to West Marin, which are either a shuttle or you may drive to Tomales High School and take a very short (4 minute) shuttle to the event. Don’t worry, shuttles will be circulating throughout the evening to minimize wait times!

Departure: Shuttle Service departs at 4:15 pm
Return: Shuttles will begin return service every 45 minutes from the Haven (8:00 pm, 8:45pm, 9:30 pm)
Due to lack of demand for the Petaluma shuttle, we have removed this stop from the shuttle service offering.
General Parking
Please park at Tomales High School ( 4 minutes from Event Venue) Shuttles will circulate every 10 minutes from 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Please park at Tomales High School, complimentary shuttle will run every 15 minutes between high school and The Haven.
Set on the Northern California Coast in West Marin, The Haven family ranch is rich in conservation, prioritizes environmental sustainability, unique architecture, and wildlife preservation. The family who oversees the ranch has a deep passion for nature conservation. Located on 1,000 acres, MALT protected land, and a part of the Marin Carbon Farming Project, The Haven at Tomales is located on a family owned and operated private ranch, home to Purebred Angus cattle and a flock of sheep.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal, cocktail attire is encouraged. This event is for guests 21 and over.
Meal
The plant-forward dinner supports our local food producers, growers, ranchers, and cheesemakers by focusing the procurement of the menu around what’s in season and what can be found directly at AIM’s Farmers Markets.
Is my information secure when I register?
Our system, Greater Giving, complies with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard, protecting your payment data during and after a transaction. Their technology and processes are reviewed regularly and undergo an annual audit by a PCI- accredited 3rd party to ensure PCI compliance.
How am I supporting the planet?
By attending Gather for the Planet and supporting AIM programs, you are helping build healthy local food systems, reducing carbon emissions and keeping our communities healthy! You are helping to: Reduce carbon emissions by decreasing the number of "food miles" that produce travels to get to our plate; divert over 76,000 pounds of leftover food from the farmers market donated to local community groups (6,182 pounds of Methane offset per year!); inspire the next generation of regenerative and organic farmers to take the helm; and so much more.
